Health & Human Nature: Experiential Workshop with La Maida Project

A special invitation to the Weavers community: Use promo code weavers50 for registration at a reduced cost.

In order for us to become active participants in reframing and generating health, we must first begin with exploring the deceptively simple question, β€œWhat is health?” This session is designed to delve into the answers to this question and come to a more empowering view of health that accounts for connection to self, community, purpose, and the natural world as the essential building blocks of mental health and overall well-being. This session will include large group discussions, break-out rooms, polls, a regulation activity, and informational content shares around La Maida Project’s key concepts.

This workshop will be held:
Wednesday March 13, 2024 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM PT, Online on Zoom.

Workshop capacity is limited.

Register here. $35 Fee-- We are inviting the Weavers community to sign up at a reduced cost using the promo code weavers50 (*case sensitive).

About La Maida Project
La Maida Project is reframing how people understand mental health and well-being. At this point in history we are living in a state of tremendous disconnection from our bodies, our emotions, our relationships, our communities, and from nature. Current attitudes and solutions around mental health treat emotional states as chronic lifelong illnesses, as opposed to human experiences of disconnection and trauma from which we can recover, heal, and grow. We are bringing awareness, education, and programming to the public about solutions that support healing and promote health in community.
