Dr. Sherry Molock of HAVEN Connect - The group leverages the community connections of Black churches to provide mental health support to vulnerable Black youth.
Sepi Djavaheri of UJA-Federation of New York - She leads the Isolation to Connection initiative that brings together hundreds elderly folks from all faiths at Jewish Community Centers (JCC) in New York, by leveraging the relationships and trust built by community and faith leaders.
The session is being co-hosted with innoFaith, a network of faith-based organizations that are finding innovative ways to help humanity thrive. Danielle Goldstone, innoFaith’s CEO, will serve as a co-moderator during the call.
