Orientation to Organizing FREE for Weavers

Start taking your organizing skills to the next level with an introductory workshop developed by Marshall Ganz and his associates at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. You’ll learn about the five key practices of community organizing using a real world example – public narrative, relationship building, structuring a team, strategizing, and moving people to action. The approach grew from decades of organizing experience, insights from social science, and testing on the ground. Leading Change Network and their partner, We the People Michigan, have reserved a limited number of seats for weavers to attend, so register soon for this introductory workshop on Tuesday, November 22nd from noon-3pm ET / 9am-noon PT.
