Weaving in 400 Seconds

Weaving in 400 Seconds gives you a chance to meet three weavers doing very different things. Each tells their story with 20 slides for 20 seconds each.

  • Belinda Marino (Purlear, NC) knows that science should be exciting, empowering, and fun. As a 5th-grade science teacher, she is constantly finding new ways to teach STEM and connecting students with one another.
  • Eric Smith (Findlay, OH) works in neighborhoods to help residents discover the gifts, relationships, and capacities of their neighbors and activate them.
  • Nikki Stokes (Baltimore, MD) is an artist turned advocate. As the mother of an autistic son and community advocate, she takes pride in disrupting systems and reinventing new social norms to create inclusive spaces.

The fast-paced and fun session will take place Tuesday, January 9th at 7:00pm Eastern Time / 4:00pm Pacific Time
