If your group is doing local social justice work, The Peace Development Fund offers Seeding the Movement grants to cover general operating costs.

If you happen to also be in western Massachusetts and have a leader of color, you can tap support from the Western Mass Transformation Fund. And if your group is youth-led and youth-oriented, you can apply to The Braiding New Worlds Fund. Past grantees include a Detroit-based effort to bring youth together to advocate for policy changes on issues from education to climate change.

Yes, any nonprofit in the US doing community-building work is eligible for two of the grants. One is limited to western Massachusetts.
